HyAxiom’s CTO, Sridhar Kanuri, Named as a Plenary Speaker at the 2023 Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Seminar
EAST HARTFORD, Conn. – HyAxiom, Inc.’s Chief Technology Officer, Sridhar Kanuri, has been named a plenary speaker at the 2023 Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Seminar in Long Beach, Calif.
Hosted by the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association (FCHEA), the Seminar is the most established and dynamic hydrogen energy and fuel cell conference in the United States and brings together hundreds of domestic and international fuel cell and hydrogen electrolyzer manufacturers, fuel providers, policy makers, U.S. Department of Energy and National Laboratory researchers and administrators, supply chain and component companies, integrators, academics, investors, customers/end users and other key stakeholders.
Attendees can plan to attend Kanuri’s speech during the morning on Thurs., Feb. 9. In addition, HyAxiom will have an exhibit booth where attendees can engage with sales and marketing staff who will be on hand to share the company’s wide range of fuel cell products, diverse applications, extensive services as well as a new product, the PEM electrolyzer.
As the CTO for HyAxiom, Kanuri leads Global Research & Engineering and Service & Installation and focuses on developing innovative materials, advanced manufacturing processes and increasing product cost efficiencies to achieve grid parity. To accelerate fuel cell development, they collaborate with universities, governmental and non-governmental organizations on technology development, prototype demonstrations and funding.
Kanuri was elected to the Connecticut Academy of Science and Engineering in 2018 for his contributions to fuel cell technology. He has written a book chapter on fuel cells and holds more than 10 U.S. and 21 international patents. Appointed in 2022 by the Connecticut legislature to serve on the state’s Hydrogen Task Force, Kanuri and fellow members are slated to submit a report on their findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly, this month.
